This multi-level elevator villa was designed with careful consideration of the sloped mountainous terrain near the base. A dual-layered drainage system was implemented across two underground levels to manage water flow, while the main structure was built with a Japanese seismic-resistant light steel frame to ensure optimal ventilation and eliminate moisture. Each floor is equipped with an energy recovery ventilation (ERV) and concealed air-conditioning system integrated with dehumidification. At every elevator landing, a one-touch control panel allows all power (except for the refrigerator) to be turned off with a single press upon departure.

Each level was tailored to the unique preferences of family members, offering dedicated functions throughout. The living and media room features cool blue-gray large-format tiles, evoking a tranquil, water-like ambiance. Large windows paired with greenery and natural light counteract the enclosed feel of the basement level. The first-floor entry foyer is paved with vintage patterned tiles and accented by a feature cabinet, creating a welcoming threshold that screens the view toward the dining and kitchen area. A custom island connects to an extended dining table, forming the functional core of the home. The open-plan kitchen includes a separate stir-fry area to accommodate open-flame cooking, while the adjacent bar with scenic views and a family game area establish a richly interactive environment for shared experiences. Above the first floor, private bedrooms and zoned storage areas are thoughtfully arranged. The expansive master suite occupies an entire level, with outdoor terraces extending in three directions to broaden the lived experience. Throughout the room, soft curves in the ceiling, lighting accents, and headboard design express a refined sense of purity and understated elegance, reflecting a distinctive taste.
