The 2025 Hsinchu Children's Play and Arts Festival was grandly held in the City Park, attracting over 365,000 visitors. The theme of this year's festival was "Flying Paradise," featuring two stages with over 60 performances. Renowned domestic and international performing arts troupes were invited to showcase children's theater, musicals, circus stunts, and more. There were also giant inflatable play structures and a designated play area for preschool-aged children. Additionally, five different artistic experiences and two interactive tech activities were available, creating a lively and diverse environment designed specifically for children, providing them with a space all their own.

The concept behind this event was to create an artistic paradise where children’s dreams could take flight. The planned artistic experiences and interactive tech activities were divided into two main themed spaces: the "Creative Workshop" and the "Tech Laboratory."

The event blended hands-on creativity with tech interaction, encouraging children to engage in artistic creation using their hands and all their senses. The "Creative Workshop," themed around future dreams, allowed children to explore materials, color combinations, and craftwork. They experienced the process of conceptualizing and completing their artwork, which enhanced their focus and imagination. This also helped them develop a sense of shape, proportion, and aesthetic appreciation. On the other hand, the "Tech Laboratory" used multimedia sensing devices and interactive formats to guide children in exploring the fusion of art and technology through drawing, sound, and body movements. The goal was to stimulate creativity and expression, making art an inspirational source for children as they look to the future.

This event also integrated the SDGs concept. The "Silk Screen DIY – Eco-Friendly Cup Sleeves" activity received overwhelming praise. Children were invited to participate, using silk screen techniques to create unique, eco-friendly cup sleeves. The event provided inclusive services, such as sign language and live captioning, to ensure a friendly experience for all participants.

Every child could enjoy the event safely and comfortably, turning their artistic dreams into reality in the "Flying Paradise." Other activities related to environmental sustainability included "Origami Master," and "Dream Cloak," offering rich and diverse content.
