This home is designed to fulfill the homeowner's desire for a space that embraces simplicity and the removal of unnecessary elements. This residence is a beautiful ode to the art of “slow living”. Through reconfiguration and optimized circulation, the design unfolds a spacious and pressure-free living environment, making everyday life more comfortable and effortless. The minimalist design approach harmoniously blends soft natural light, warm textures, and clever hidden storage solutions to maintain visual clarity and purity — realizing a lifestyle that balances aesthetics with functionality.

As the door opens, the line of sight extends seamlessly along a straight path toward the window. Continuous gray-toned cabinets subtly recede into the TV wall, creating a layered, progressive visual effect that is refined yet full of depth. To invite abundant natural light, the study room is enclosed with transparent glass, allowing both light and sightlines to flow freely. Set against a soothing gray palette, the cabinet in the study room stands out in a deeper gray shade — introducing a subtle yet striking contrast that draws the eye and anchors the space with sophistication. This nuanced interplay of tone adds character, enriching the room’s overall ambiance.

A horizontally extended light strip connects different areas within the home, while simultaneously softening the visual weight of the low ceiling beams, infusing the light-toned space with an airy feel. The irregular wall finishes intertwine with clean, crisp lines, creating a harmonious dialogue between emotion and logic. As the light shifts throughout the day, the hand-troweled finishes subtly emerge, complementing the minimalist spatial framework and imbuing the space with a sense of ease and tranquility.

The gentle rhythm extends into the master bedroom, where soft, nude tones unfold a serene and tranquil setting. The warm natural wood accents elevate the coziness of the space while subtly softening the visual presence of structural columns. Light flows slowly through the muted palette, crafting a calm and cozy atmosphere.
