The soft furnishing design of this sales office is centered around the core concept of "Light Orientalism·Modern Minimalist Luxury," skill-fully integrating Suzhou's regional culture with contemporary aesthet-ic expression to create an immersive spatial experience that combines artistic taste with the refined elegance of a hotel. Drawing on Su-zhou's profound cultural heritage of mountains and waters, the soft furnishing design employs elements such as stone sculptures and ab-stract landscape art installations, using modern techniques to rein-terpret traditional connotations. For example, the stone sculpture artwork in the reception hall, with its smooth contours, subtly al-ludes to the delicacy of Taihu stones, and is paired with metal de-tails to enhance the modern feel, achieving a coexistence of culture and art in a balance of strength and softness.
The main color palette is a low-saturation ochre and coffee color scheme, which, through the combination of leather, velvet, and metal materials, constructs a warm yet luxurious visual hierarchy. The sofa ensemble features high-quality suede leather paired with antique cop-per brushed frames, while tables and other furniture combine natural marble with metal, achieving a balance between weightiness and light-ness that echoes the philosophy of "luxury in details, lightness in form" in the "minimalist luxury" theme. Drawing on the spatial logic of high-end hotels, the model display area uses a combination of ceil-ing gauze canopy installations to enhance the sense of ceremony, while the negotiation area employs modular furniture combinations to freely switch between privacy and openness. A custom fragrance system with a woodsy base further strengthens the completeness of the sensory expe-rience.
This project uses contemporary design language to reconstruct regional cultural symbols, achieving a high degree of unity between the artist-ry and functionality of commercial space amidst the eternal feel of stone and the dynamic tension of color, presenting a perceptible exam-ple of "poetic dwelling" for high-end clientele.
