In a city where every square meter matters, a home is no longer a mere assembly of spaces—it becomes a sanctuary where light, emotion, and everyday life intertwine. Guided by the principles of simplicity, openness, and integrated functionality, the design reimagines the potential of compact living to fulfill a young family's desire for quality and flexibility.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows illuminating the bespoke TV wall and providing a bright and spacious feel to the living room. The TV wall is desgined to link to a low kitchen cabinet, forming a dual-access area that connects kitchen, dining are, and living room into an open layout.

In the original layout, the entry faced an awkward switchboard on the wall. The design team turned it into a feature wall with soft lighting, panel detailing, and an arched form—transforming an eyesore into a visual highlight. The staircase became the functional heart of the home. The area below the staircase is designed to an open shelves for toy storage, balancing function with a playful touch. The step extention also form a cozy seating area which can be use as a dining bench to save space.

In the master bedroom, a generous three-meter ceiling height is maintained. The headboard wall is finished with natural mineral paint, serving as a refined focal point within a calm white palette. The mezzanine is enclosed with expansive glass panels that preserve visual connectivity between levels and allow daylight to reach every part of the home.

This choice complements the home’s natural and minimalist aesthetic. Throughout the space, eco-friendly materials such as low-VOC paint, mineral coatings, birch wood, and mirrored finishes are thoughtfully applied. Curved lighting features add depth and create a soft play of light and shadow.
