Flora Quan is a flower-adorned spirit from the ancient city of Quanzhou, with porcelain-fair skin and lively almond eyes. Her twin buns are decorated with camellias and coral trees crafted through Quanzhou's intangible cultural heritage silk-flower artistry, and she wears a modern-ruqun dress blending Xunpu women's traditional attire, embroidered with the iconic interlocking patterns of Minnan red-brick houses.

Raised in Quanzhou's cultural realm, she is cheerful and hospitable, devoted to sharing her city's heritage. Yet, as modern interest in tradition fades, the realm weakens. Guided by Mazu (the Chinese sea goddess and patron deity of sailors), she embarks on a mission to revive cultural vitality. Alongside her companion, the mythical "Dripping Beast," she bridges past and present?introducing Nanyin opera, Liyuan drama, and Xunpu customs into contemporary life. Through joyful exchanges, she rekindles love for tradition, grows alongside newfound allies, and reawakens Quanzhou's cultural brilliance.
