Combining Penghu's seasonal tourism themes of "Autumn: Unique Rock Formations" and "Winter: Historic Exploration", this integrates the diverse characteristics of Penghu's autumn and winter seasons, shaped by the northeasterly monsoon winds.

The exhibition area is divided into four immersive sections—"Riding the Wind," "Breaking the Wind," "Chasing the Wind," and "Swaying with the Sea Breeze"—each embodying a distinct ambiance. Through dynamic lighting, color schemes, and decorative installations, combined with local cultural and ecological elements, the space delivers a rich visual and sensory experience.

This artwork uniquely employs a cross-disciplinary approach—blending styles, materials, and techniques—to fuse Taiwan’s most iconic traditional lantern artistry with wire sculpture, mixed media, contemporary digital art, and programmable lighting systems.

Through this synthesis, it bridges traditional figurative craftsmanship and modern abstract expression, using dynamic light sequences to materialize the poetic vision of “Penghu riding the wind and shattering light.”
