This project is a sales center design that blends Taizhou’s regional culture with Eastern aesthetics, creating a hotel-inspired homecoming experience. Art sculptures and local materials reinforce cultural identity and exclusivity, avoiding the homogenization seen in typical developments.
The spatial layout follows Song-style architectural principles, with an elegant and restrained color palette, symmetrical composition, and a three-courtyard sequence that embodies traditional Eastern rituals. Circulation is guided by the scenery changes with each step concept, combined with courtyard arrangements and the Four-Water Courtyard pattern, achieving harmony between people, architecture, and nature.
The design resolves structural challenges such as skylight height differences while embedding Taizhou’s cultural heritage into spatial storytelling. By integrating Song aesthetics with contemporary construction, the project offers diverse functions such as tea rooms, reception areas, children’s interactive zones, and after-school classrooms, enhancing both social interaction and community education.
Sustainability is central to the material strategy, with eco-friendly, recyclable selections paired with intelligent lighting control and BIM environmental simulations. The result not only reflects the developer’s premium brand value but also conveys cultural continuity and environmental responsibility.
