The design targets urban families who pursue refined and high-quality living, aiming to move beyond the conventional logic of model spaces and create an immersive residential environment that evokes emotional resonance and visualizes future lifestyles. It presents an ideal home integrating humanistic aesthetics with contemporary functionality, tailored for families who value culture, interaction, and style.

The design draws inspiration from the contemporary interpretation of Eastern aesthetics, combining the serene elegance of Song Dynasty minimalism with modern artistic sensibility. It also reflects a deep understanding of diverse lifestyles, blending traditional leisure such as tea, reading, painting, and music with modern activities like gaming, yoga, and social gatherings to respond to the needs of multi-generational living.

Three core directions define the design approach. First, it constructs a narrative of daily life through functional scenes—tea rooms, living spaces, studies, and entertainment zones—transforming the model space into a dynamic story of modern family life. Second, it reinterprets cultural elements by translating mountains and waters into textures and forms, infusing the essence of the East into a modern context. Third, it builds an immersive five-sense experience through curated artworks, lighting, sound, fragrance, and tactile materials, creating a harmonious emotional field.

Material and color control are central to the design strategy. Contrasts between leather, stone, wood, metal, and glass produce a layered sense of luxury, while an earth-toned palette with hints of green, indigo, and metallic hues achieves a calm yet elegant ambiance.

The project balances art and practicality through a unified design language that harmonizes diverse spatial themes. Integrated storage systems, durable materials, and replaceable soft furnishings ensure both functionality and timeless beauty. Sustainability is emphasized through eco-friendly materials, classic long-lasting furniture, and smart systems for energy efficiency, forming a living environment that expresses cultural depth, aesthetic refinement, and environmental awareness.
