This project involves the design of a single-story office building with a total interior area of 220 square meters. The main objective was to renovate the entire floor to accommodate over 30 employees. The design goal was to showcase the company's image and seamlessly integrate essential infrastructure such as sound systems, lighting, fire safety, and air conditioning.

Located in a prime downtown location in Taipei, Taiwan, this project aimed to maximize space utilization while striving for a perfect balance between spatial aesthetics and corporate image, and to alleviate the daily work pressure on employees.

The company primarily handles large and complex business operations such as securities market-related matters and corporate meetings. It was crucial that the client perceive a professional and elegant image from the very first glance. As this was a renovation of an old office and required the addition of restrooms, the designer's expertise and aesthetic sense were showcased in how to simultaneously ensure the integrity and safety of the basic infrastructure while creating an elegant and spacious environment.

The client's preference for light colors inspired the designer to incorporate elements and craftsmanship such as marble and gold accents into the public areas. Bright and bold colors served as the base tone, complemented by stone and furniture decorations, and the introduction of sunlight and greenery, giving the space a refined, elegant, and comfortable charm.

The designers also meticulously designed the lighting and intelligent control systems. The use of high-tech and easy-to-clean surface materials further enhances the customer's quality of life, providing users with a healthy, comfortable, and vibrant workspace. This contributes to the company's sustainable goals and value.
