Wanning Shenzhou Peninsula·Tianlan Yuan

Tianlan Yuan is situated on the eastern coast of Hainan Island, embracing a unique natural setting defined by the sea, gardens, and golf course vistas. Positioned as a “Refined Nature · Healing Retreat,” the project aims to create an “Island Within an Island: Rainforest Sanctuary & Forest Garden Isle,” offering a space for residents to reconnect with themselves and nature.

The landscape is organized into a clear, layered structure: a “Belt” linking dune walks, rainforest approaches, and coconut groves; an “Axis” centered around Oxygen Valley, serving as a social hub; two “Branches” featuring healing gardens, plazas, and youth gardens; a “Loop” forming a vibrant boulevard; multiple “Clusters” of intimate garden islands; and a central “Park” that acts as the community’s green lung.

By integrating the vast sea, tranquil gardens, and lush golf greens, Tianlan Yuan creates a perceptible, immersive, and restorative forest-garden island—an elegant dwelling that enriches life through all seasons.
