Located in Guangzhou’s Pazhou West District, this private clubhouse interprets the essence of Lingnan culture through a contemporary artistic lens. Drawing inspiration from the trading prosperity of the Thirteen Hongs in the Qing Dynasty, where merchant ships and flower boats lined the Pearl River, the design celebrates Guangzhou’s legacy of openness, craftsmanship, and cultural fusion.
Natural materials such as stone, wood, and bronze are combined with refined craftsmanship to create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Every surface—engraved metal, carved wood, textured stone—becomes a medium for storytelling, preserving traces of time and human touch. The space resonates with the poetic spirit of the south: flowing lines recall the movement of water, while soft light filters through curved forms, evoking the harmony between nature and architecture.
Each area unfolds as a curated journey—lounge, tea room, and wellness spaces are connected through a serene sequence of art, light, and texture. Handmade ceramic handles, bespoke metal details, and layered finishes reinterpret traditional Lingnan artistry with modern sensibility.
This clubhouse transcends the typical definition of residential amenity. It is a cultural retreat—a place where art, social life, and introspection coexist. Through its balance of tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and modern design, it offers a timeless dialogue between material and spirit, redefining the art of living in contemporary Guangzhou.
