About The Entry

Gorilla Science is a platform dedicated to open scientific debate, free thought, and challenging mainstream narratives; encouraging audiences to “doubt everything.” CreativeWeb designed and built a website that could evolve with their growing community - a bold digital home for video content, donations and future scalability.

The creative direction was fuelled by retro sci-fi aesthetics, vintage poster design, and the nostalgic static of old TV sets. CreativeWeb translated this into a fearless visual language. Think ‘60s space-race television colliding with today’s internet rabbit holes - big, bright, a little bizarre and impossible to ignore.

From the outset, movement was essential. The site is alive with scroll-triggered transitions, animated hover states and subtle micro-interactions designed to spark curiosity. Rather than passively consuming content, users are drawn into a dynamic experience that rewards exploration.

What sets this project apart is how confidently it embraces Gorilla Science’s eccentricity. Every detail, from typography to motion, reinforces the brand’s voice: unconventional, intelligent and playfully provocative. CreativeWeb’s approach ensured the site didn’t just host content, it became an extension of the platform’s mission to question, engage and inspire.

The result is a living, breathing web experience that captures the essence of Gorilla Science: an ever-curious journey through ideas, science and the unexpected.
