About The Entry

A vent is a functional device installed on building exteriors. It protects ventilation and exhaust pipe outlets from adverse elements like rainwater, dust, sand, and insects. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring precise airflow control, such as fresh air systems, kitchen exhausts, and bathroom ventilation.

The stainless steel button vent draws inspiration from a button. Its profile is clean, geometric, and free of unnecessary curves, resembling a sleek "metal button" on the wall. This design aligns better with modern residential facade aesthetics than traditional vents. It provides protection for exhaust openings while enhancing the building's visual appeal.

The vent surface uses a combined sandblasting and powder coating process, giving it a refined texture and elegant metallic finish. Color customization is available to match any exterior wall, ensuring seamless integration with the building facade.

Internally, the vent uses a three-stage ventilation design. The air filtration section has angled louvers and a filter mesh to guide airflow and block debris. The air outlet is located under the external cover, ensuring orderly airflow discharge.
