The curves of the tower are shaped by the subtle, constant presence of the coastal wind, an invisible force that moves the world and turns the everyday into art. Just 150 meters from the sea, the architecture engages in a quiet dialogue with nature in its most delicate and powerful form. Rather than imposing itself, it adapts. Integrating with grace and sensitivity into its surroundings.

The tower concept is defined by its location approximately 150 meters from the sea and by a formal approach influenced by coastal wind patterns. The building incorporates a rooftop wellness area designed to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. The rooftop includes shared amenities such as a gym, spa, landscaped areas, and spaces intended for rest and contemplation, all oriented to take advantage of the surrounding views. The residential units are organized with two to three suites, reflecting a design approach focused on functional living and comfort.
