Design Concept: 'Art as the Soul, Texture as Function, Comfort as the Base Color'

1. Home as an Extension of Artistic Taste: The design adheres to the concept of 'creating a sense of sophistication through materials and details,' transforming the model home into a private collection space for the 'contemporary lifestyle aesthete.' Whether it is the first-floor reception living room, the west kitchen/east kitchen combining poetry with a sense of everyday life, or the basement’s deep and tranquil studio, each space breaks conventional living patterns, mak-ing it a multifunctional artistic realm for social gatherings, collec-tion display, and community dialogue.

2. Respecting the Individual, Reshaping Intergenerational Living Expe-rience: The design not only pursues visual innovation but also empha-sizes comfort as the foundational tone of the space. Each floor deli-cately considers the inner world of different family members.

The soft furnishings design of this project is a modern elevation of the spiritual essence of 'Fuyang Bamboo Paper Culture.' Using time as ink and space as paper, it depicts for the residents an ideal living scroll under the brushstrokes of 'urban artistic ambiance, textured timelessness,' combining historical and cultural depth with a presence at the forefront of international fashion.
