This plan centers on 'light luxury and elegance, multifunctionality,' creating a high-end clubhouse space that combines social, leisure, and wellness attributes.
In terms of layout, the entrance lobby serves as a hub, connecting the library, sunken courtyard, private dining rooms, and pool and wellness area via a red exhibition circulation path, achieving clear separation of active and quiet areas and efficient, orderly flow. The support areas (kitchen, power distribution, storage) are concentrated on the west side to avoid interfering with the public experience. The proportion of each functional area is reasonable, meeting diverse service requirements.
The style is positioned as Shanghai Oriental. In terms of materials, dark marble floors, warm wood finishes, and gray artistic-painted walls are the core elements, complemented by warm linear lighting strips and artistic chandeliers to create a calm and refined atmosphere. In the renderings, the curved walls of the reception area soften the space corners, and the semi-transparent partitions ensure both lighting and functional separation. The lighting system adopts a layered strategy, combining recessed downlights, hidden light strips, and artistic chandeliers to create a lighting environment system of basic illumination, ambiance lighting, and accent lighting, ensuring functional space while enhancing spatial aesthetics through light and shadow, ultimately achieving a high degree of unity between function and aesthetics.
The overall design balances a sense of ritual with practicality, providing visitors with an immersive high-end clubhouse experience through the synergy of materials, lighting, and circulation.
