About The Entry

Occupying the prime urban core, Jin Hongtai · Orange Garden brings modern convenience within easy reach. As the northern district’s first major urban renewal project, it bears the weight of regional transformation, transcending traditional development logic to embrace an organic philosophy of “coexisting with the city.” It is a systematic upgrade to urban life, designed to elevate living standards while ensuring the neighborhood thrives for generations to come.

Guided by the principle of “stitching the urban fabric,” the design addresses the fragmentation common in renewal zones. It dissolves physical barriers through open block planning and public promenades, weaving together commerce, culture, and community services. This approach embeds the project deeply into the city’s rhythm, turning the neighborhood into a vibrant hub for social life and connection.

Equally central is a reverence for historical continuity. Eschewing an indiscriminate “tear-down” mentality, the design engages in a dialogue between eras, adaptively reusing heritage elements and reinterpreting local materials through a modern lens. This synthesis of old and new instills the community with a sense of reverence, creating a distinctive living environment where the city’s history flows through every detail.

Sustainability and resilience define the project’s response to contemporary challenges. By integrating passive energy strategies, renewable resources, and sponge city infrastructure, the project minimizes its environmental footprint. Simultaneously, it bolsters physical and social resilience—fortifying structures against climate risks while providing flexible communal spaces—ensuring a secure, future-proof sanctuary for its residents.

Human-centric design remains at the heart of the project, prioritizing a healthy, inclusive lifestyle. With diverse unit layouts, abundant green sanctuaries like rooftop gardens, and thoughtful barrier-free facilities, nature and convenience are woven into daily life. Jin Hongtai · Orange Garden is more than just a residential complex; it is a home infused with warmth, vitality, and a deep sense of belonging.
