Yunyao Jade Court

Designed as a two-person home for two young baristas, this project centers on "warm texture and functional freedom", deeply integrating their professional passion with living needs to create an ideal residence that serves as both a warm harbor and a professional space. Its floor plan breaks traditional constraints with a drastic reconstruction: a circular traffic line connects all functional areas, eliminating boundaries and enhancing accessibility, while the master bedroom is upgraded for maximum comfort to accommodate their rest time. The kitchen, the heart of daily life, features customized cabinets and a strip window for interaction, keeping the cook connected with others. Warm wood dominates the materials, creating a cozy atmosphere. The coffee counter, the space’s soul, meets professional needs with thoughtful design and becomes a visual focus. Overall, it balances warmth, freedom and professionalism, making home a perfect haven for passion and peace.
