Ridge Relay is a handlebar-mounted sports communication device designed for young riders’ group cycling activities. It helps children and teenagers communicate instantly during park rides, light off-road exploration, family trips, and outdoor team games, without reaching for a phone or holding a conventional walkie-talkie while moving.

The design comes from a real riding behavior: young riders often form teams, spread out at different speeds, and need quick voice contact to coordinate routes, alerts, or team play. Instead of treating the intercom as a pocket device, Ridge Relay turns it into a stable handlebar interface that belongs naturally to the bicycle.

The product separates a fixed handlebar base from a detachable main unit. Two large front buttons provide Push-to-Talk and alert tone control, allowing fast one-hand operation while the rider keeps attention on the road. The main unit snaps onto the base through a magnetic dock and spring contacts, creating both a secure mount and a functional connection for power and button signals. It can also be removed for charging or handheld communication after the ride.

Its compact white body, orange action areas, rounded edges, clear status window, speaker grille, and side controls create a product language that is friendly to young users but not toy-like. Ridge Relay gives young riders a more focused, physical, and screen-free way to stay connected during outdoor cycling activities.
