Folding Light

The site is a new apartment. The name of the project, "Folding Light", comes from its style and atmosphere. The project is a small space for one person, and the design team planned a light color palette based on the client's characteristics. The interplay of color and light with rounded corners gives the interior a rounded impression and touch, creating a comfortable and cozy home.

There are two key folds, including the fold of the TV wall and the countertop of the kitchen island. These two "folds" bring a tier level of visual effect to the three-dimensional space. When the occupant walks from the entrance into the social area, he or she can feel the rhythm and change of the space through the folds. In this way, the viewpoint of the layout is different from the horizontal and vertical system, and it can also promote the mood of turning into the area with the best lighting. Or, when moving from the bathroom to the social area, the fold conveys a beautiful attitude of openness. The interior design of this project specifically leads to the expectation of spatial imagery.
