Chengdu Pacific Care Home

Pacific Care Home in Chengdu is one of the CCRCs (continuous care retirement communities) of CPIC. The CCRC is located at Zone A of Medical Town, Wenjiang District, Chengdu, surrounded by greenery with 70% vegetation coverage, only 500 meters from the nearest subway station and 45 minutes’ drive from Shuangliu International Airport. It is 31 kilometers from Tianfu Square, taking one hour by car or about 2 hours by subway + bus. The project is a comprehensive senior community with medical care facilities and public clubhouse facilities to cope with the changes in the health of the elderly.

The project occupies a total area of 34,072.73 square meters, with 3 self-care buildings and 1 nursing building. There’re 1,224 self-care beds and 356 nursing beds in total. The capacity building area of the senior and rehabilitation supporting facilities in the community totals 24,362.32 square meters.

With a total planned floor area of 117,531,000 square meters, the community will consist of self-care apartments, nursing care apartments, recreation and leisure areas, fitness, and sports areas, learning areas, dining areas, commercial areas and other supporting spaces, as well as family apartments for visiting relatives. Pacific Care Home provides high-quality services for three types of elder users: independent living, assisted living and professional care (including memory care), and is a medical and health care integrated senior community.
