This project focuses on the ‘logic of construction beyond entropy’, exploring the recoded forms of the body and the mechanisms of structural generation within virtual space. Rather than treating clothing as a medium for styling or storytelling, the designer conceives of digital fashion as a compilable protocol of existence—through digital modelling and generative algorithms, liberating structure from the constraints of gravity and fabric, and constructing new shells of life amidst the ruins of disorder.
When the existing order is dismantled into fragments, the system enters a phase of ‘fragmented order’—where civilisations, values and bodily paradigms are broken down into reusable modules. Fragmentation is not an end in itself, but rather a repository of material ready for reconfiguration. Against this backdrop, the ‘neural fabric’ emerges as a new design language. Clothing no longer relies on fabric as its medium, but centres on algorithmic topology and generative structures. Linear frameworks, akin to external neural networks, grow spontaneously within virtual space, constructing dynamic exoskeletons around the body. The body is no longer the centre of form, but rather a node in the flow of information.
Ultimately, this points towards ‘silicon-based upgrading’. When fragments of fragmented sequences are embedded into the generative system, structure supplants matter as the carrier of identity, and clothing is transformed into a compilable protocol of existence. Gravity, materiality and traditional tailoring logic are dissolved, and the digital body enters a state of updatability and evolution.
This season is not a vision of futuristic style, but rather an experiment in ‘how the post-physical body might be designed’.
Here, fashion is a form of structural engineering, and wearing is a system upgrade.
