The project is located at a transitional zone between the old town and a new urban district, covering approximately 3.8 hectares with 364 low-density residential units. It integrates a self-built 21,000㎡ urban park, aiming to become an “urban green heart” connecting the city’s green belt and creating a seamless ecological network. The flagship townhouses, ranging from 120–170㎡, are designed to offer park views and a resort-like living experience.

Guided by the philosophy of “Dwelling in Reflection, Merging with Nature,” the design theme of “Forest Flows into a Hundred Streams · Valley of Secrets” creates a vertical natural theater and urban oasis. The concept of “Wandering the Valley in Search of a Realm” integrates the community landscape with the park, forming immersive “art + nature” experiences. Landscape elements such as cascading waterfalls, floating islands, swimming pools, and meandering paths construct a poetic living sequence, while a central river-like feature connects life scenes and enhances the resort-like atmosphere.

The project pioneers a “Park-to-Home” experience, extending the park’s green network into the community and creating a sense of boundless forest through softened boundaries, elevation changes, and multiple park entrances. Key landscape nodes—Shanyu Gate, Floating Island, Baichuan Trail, Cantilevered Pool, and Floating Light Corridor—enable ecological continuity and spatial integration. Five levels of community life scenes—from ceremonial welcome to tranquil meditative spaces—offer a natural island living circle and facilitate boundless social interaction.

Differentiation is achieved through an integrated development model of park, commerce, residential, and social spaces, a three-tiered podium structure, and dual homecoming circulation that caters to diverse life rhythms. Materials such as Kuban green stone, red travertine, and aged bronze establish a restrained aesthetic harmonized with the park ecology.

Sustainability strategies include native plantings, multi-elevation green spaces, water recirculation systems, and ecological continuity between interior and exterior spaces. The design maximizes biodiversity, reduces maintenance, and ensures long-term ecological compatibility while creating a serene, immersive, and luxurious residential environment.
