ToolDance packs industrial-grade machining performance into a desktop CNC machining center. The self-developed CAM software generates production-ready toolpaths with a single click — users simply import a model and confirm parameters, with no programming experience required.
An in-house sensing system — integrating an RGB camera, line-structured light, and a 3D touch probe — automatically scans the raw stock, reconstructs its geometry, and matches features across flipped setups. Powered by a 1,500W high-torque spindle and an integrated flood cooling system, the machine delivers exceptional structural rigidity for hard-metal cutting. The large working area and automatic tool changer enable continuous multi-process machining of complex parts, reducing interruptions and improving overall throughput. An intelligent collision-detection system monitors real-time cutting feedback and automatically halts operation before damage occurs, ensuring reliable, unattended machining.
Glass and high-transparency panels partially expose the internal structure, improving visibility while maintaining a clean aesthetic. Matte aluminum alloy and mirror-polished stainless steel create a refined, professional finish. Overall proportions and control placement are carefully considered for natural access at desktop height.
