Layered Essence

By integrating the warm essence of Nordic wood textures with refined luxury details, this project creates a boutique residence that balances functionality and aesthetics. The open plan public area features layered compositions of wood grain, stone, and metal accents, establishing a subtle yet sophisticated atmosphere. The TV feature wall combines display and storage functions, complemented by curved design elements and indirect lighting to soften the spatial volume and enhance a sense of warmth.

The dining area utilizes a stone pattern dining table and mirrored surfaces to visually expand the space, creating an elegant dining experience. The master bedroom continues the palette of muted tones and natural materials, shaping a comfortable and tranquil retreat, while the secondary bedroom introduces patterned wallpaper and fresh color accents to express a distinctive lifestyle character. The entryway integrates storage and display functions, showcasing refined everyday taste through thoughtful detailing.

Within a limited floor area, the design maximizes spatial perception and living quality through integrated circulation planning, material transitions, and carefully orchestrated lighting.
