Shandong Port International Exchange Center is located in Yantai, Shandong Province, known as the Wonderland Coast. This project is to build a high-standard international exchange center for Shandong Port Group that meets contemporary aesthetic needs and integrates functions of conferences, receptions, accommodation, and catering. It fully demonstrates the world-class image of Shandong Port Group as the world’s largest port group as “majestic and breathtaking”. It is also a new landmark that reshapes the city of Yantai, Shandong.

The project integrates the unique cultures of port, marine and locality of Yantai, Shandong Province. It takes the wonderland of mountains and seas as the main design line to create a reception environment with “oriental essence and world vision”, which integrates oriental charm and combines oriental elegance and Chinese philosophy. It is expressed in a modern way, bright and simple while retaining the elegance of Chinese philosophy.

A major feature of the project is the use of porcelain polished tiles, which are very popular new as well as hard, wear-resistant and durable as new. The designer also arranged a zoned intelligent lighting system in the interior, controlling the lighting according to time periods and seasons, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.
