Powered by a highly mobile all-terrain platform, the robot features a dual-motor face-to-face coaxial arrangement paired with a 15:1 precision gearbox. This design centralizes the center of mass within a light and compact body, significantly enhancing heavy-load mobility and steering agility. The industrial-grade widened and thickened anti-slip rubber tracks, combined with a low-center-of-gravity wide-body structure, support a stable load capacity of 300 to 500 kg and a maximum climbing angle of 30°, easily navigating unstructured and complex terrains such as hilly orchards, muddy farmlands, and obstacle-dense factories.
Functionally, the robot integrates a dual-mode cold fog system (water mist/fog), delivering a spray distance of 10 to 30 meters with micron-sized droplets that offer strong adhesion and gap-free coverage. It incorporates an intelligent linear flow-regulation system (450 to 1,000 ml/min), enabling real-time dose adjustment based on application scenarios. With IP54-rated protection, robust anti-corrosion treatment, a 48 V high-voltage power system, and a long-lasting battery, the robot supports continuous high-intensity operation for ≥4 hours, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme environments.
