Landscape Design for Mashang Consumer Finance Chongqing Headquarters reimagines a 10,000-person fintech campus as a "three-dimensional campus-style ecological community" rooted in the mountain city's terrain. Guided by the "MAHSNANG-BIO-RING" concept, the design dissolves conventional boundaries between office and nature through five layered strategies: Organic Ring, Connection, Function Integration, Social Network, and Green Matrix.
An ecological loop weaves four towers together, stitching interior courtyards, sunken plazas, elevated green corridors, and roof gardens into a "Continuous Green Canopy"—a vertical ecological system enabling seamless roaming from ground to sky. Deeply responding to Chongqing's geographical DNA of parallel ridges, river confluence, and magical verticality, the project employs native species such as Ficus virens, Ginkgo, and Camellia to forge a distinct regional botanical identity.
At the human scale, the plan abandons rigid functional zoning to create permeable scenes where sports, socializing, leisure, and childcare interweave, transforming the headquarters into a "second home" with living warmth. Sustainability is embedded through LID strategies, recycled local aggregates, and a closed-loop water system integrating rain gardens, constructed wetlands, greywater recycling, and porous paving. A green-tech APP enables micro-climate monitoring, intelligent plant management, and community participation, delivering a perceptive, adaptive landscape.
Informed by precise sunlight and wind-environment analysis, winter sun lawns foster warm social spaces, while summer shade from tall trees and ecological streams generate cool micro-climates. This headquarters landscape, merging ecological resilience, cultural rootedness, and humanistic care, offers a new paradigm of nature symbiosis for high-density fintech workplaces.
