To tackle a complex, volatile winter climate and accommodate diverse urban scenarios, the Snow Velvet Series introduces a revolutionary “second skin” design philosophy, addressing bulkiness, down leakage, and difficult maintenance common in traditional winter wear.
The down jacket series employs a premium high-loft duck down filling, capable of withstanding extreme cold down to -15℃. Through a systematic integration of high-quality materials and cutting-edge craftsmanship, it addresses the long-standing industry pain point of down leakage, achieving a long-lasting “zero down leakage” effect. Simultaneously, the silhouette is optimized based on human biomechanics to resolve the hassles of draftiness and restricted mobility. Visually, the series blends a minimalist Morandi palette with a matte texture for a versatile and elegant look.
As the flagship piece of the series, model X260240216 pioneers a 3D down-proof system: by combining a 50D soft-spun fabric, a high-density down-proof lining, and a 3D stitching technique, the system breaks down the technical bottlenecks in the industry to deliver truly zero down leakage. In terms of tailoring, it features a 16:9 armhole and exact shoulder slopes (165.5° at the front and 171.5° at the back), ensuring a perfect fit to the body during movement. This frees users from cold drafts when raising arms while providing them with unrestricted comfort. Furthermore, the 50D soft-spun fabric (73 g/m2), which utilizes Japanese water jet looms for high-density weaving and heat-press lamination, offers windproof, water-repellent, down-proof, anti-static, and skin-friendly cotton-like properties. The advanced material efficiently resists rain, snow, and stains while maintaining a lightweight construction and a comfortable touch.
The entire series adopts fluorine-free, eco-friendly materials, complemented by the 3D down-proof system, significantly enhancing garment durability to extend its service life. This approach actively reduces resource consumption, driving the apparel industry toward a greener future.
