The site is located at a busy intersection in an urban area. It was formerly an abandoned residential site. The challenge was to cope with the high volume of traffic. The designer took white to enhance the contrast and feature windows to maintain the privacy of the interior. Along with natural light, it creates a clean and dignified atmosphere that sets it apart from the old buildings.

Highlights include a modern, clean white exterior and a creative expansion grid. These elements enhance the building's visual appeal and translucency, shaping a hazy and elegant atmosphere. The white epoxy flooring is polished and sanded, with reflective properties that enhance the brightness and spaciousness of the interior while providing a cool and contemporary look. The project makes every visitor feel as if they are walking through an art gallery of light and shadow.
