Pero Hotel embodies a contemporary brand concept characterized by modern, minimalist design and a next-generation intelligent user experience. It has been curated to provide a "more cosy" leisure environment tailored to the preferences of the younger demographic.

Throughout the hotel, bamboo and tea elements are prominently featured in the overall decor. The lift lobby, for example, showcases bamboo-patterned floor and wall tiles, introducing a natural texture and grain that infuses the space with a sense of primal and unadulterated beauty. In the guest rooms, bamboo lamps contribute to a warm and serene ambience, while a dedicated mini tea-making table offers guests a space for relaxation and tea enjoyment. The entrance design seamlessly fuses Chinese cultural elements with a simple design style, creating a distinct space where Eastern and Western cultures converge. Inspired by the design aesthetics of the fashion brand Chanel Crystal House, the design team has integrated a Chinese cultural element: the folding screens design, combining modern fashion with a unique poetic expression, evoking a secluded mood akin to "Alone I sit in dark bamboo, strumming the lute, whistling away" while preserving the privacy of the space.

The hotel's commitment to intelligent living is evident in its seamless check-in process and intelligent service offerings. From self-service check-in and contactless facial recognition for elevator access to small-town tea brand's retail delivery service accessible via mobile apps and robots, the hotel delivers an intelligent and seamless experience. Moreover, the Xiaodu 4-inch central control screen in each guest room empowers users to manage lighting, air conditioning, and other amenities from any corner, delivering a comprehensive intelligent check-in experience tailored to the desires of the younger generation, thereby creating an exclusive leisure space.
