Time and Maturation

The maturation of food is to control the time, temperature, and humidity to transform the food molecules, concentrate the freshness of the ingredients, and add flavor. On the other hand, the maturation of design is the mastery of time and space through the interpretation of the appropriate spatial atmosphere, expression, and configuration of a variety of materials, to show the style and taste of space while creating a variety of possibilities of space appearance. With the brand spirit of "top quality ingredients, pure flavor, and luxurious taste" as the starting point, the designer creates a modern space of understated luxury, bringing out the ingredients' original flavor and allowing diners to experience a feast of visual and taste sensations.

Inside, the designer's unique layout plan breaks the gap between the back-kitchen space and the dining area and connects the cooking room, wine cellar, and bar area. Therefore, it allows customers to appreciate the staff's cooking process and discloses the unique essence of culinary culture. In the large interior space, the sepia tone is set as the primary color scheme of the space, with red acrylic-shaped guiding light strips, LED column-shaped glass light panels, goblet-shaped chandeliers, LED candle light walls, framed mirrors, Roman columns, and neo-classical style furniture to create a low-key luxury space. A bronze bull sculpture is added at the entrance to provide an unforgettable spot for visitors.

For this project, the designer has utilized glass, velvet, antique picture frames, mosaic metal tiles, Malay paint, and titanium-plated metal to produce a luxurious style. Besides, the designer has brought modern materials and techniques, combined with classical design vocabulary, to create a neoclassical-style space with a clean yet elegant atmosphere.
