For the split-level abode, "transparency" serves as the main theme, erasing rigid boundaries. Subtle dimensional changes foster familial bonds. As a home for a family of three, it embraces the stability of gray, black, and white, capturing the essence of simplicity with a refined, minimalist approach. Free from excessive ornamentation, the textured plaster tells a story of simplicity, exuding a minimalist and refined spatial character. In transitional areas, black is used as an accent that cuts through lighter color schemes, creating clear divisions and adding rich layers to the space.

The public area is divided into a living room, dining room, and a sunken play area for the kids. Soft natural light pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Without solid walls, different flooring heights and color tones define different zones. The open layout naturally lends itself to more open sightlines and invites a flow of light, with soft, muted tones echoing its openness and infusing a sense of warmth and lightness. Storage space is thoughtfully integrated beneath the stairs and within the daybed in the play area, adding functionality and bringing an air of refinement to the space.

The hollow arched staircase leads to the bedroom. A translucent glass curtain wall maintains privacy while allowing light to pass through without casting shadows. The bedroom continues the use of textured, rustic finishes. Blended with soft light and shadows, the bedroom is transformed into a relaxing sleep oasis.
