This art center is a sales center as well as an exhibition space blending natural aesthetics and artistic spirit. Drawing inspiration from nature, it incorporates design elements such as oceans, mountains, and the cosmos to create a modern yet nature-like space.

Natural scenes like icebergs are replicated through miniature art installations, exploring and exhibiting the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. These design elements bring an immersive experience to visitors in addition to seeking a balance between nature and art, reflecting the close connection between humans and the universe.

The first floor features a streamlined design, revolving around the iceberg loop corridor. The utilization of natural materials such as timber, stone, and glass showcases respect for nature. The glass curtain wall enjoys great light transmittance, with the daylight shining through to illuminate the green plants and water landscape, creating a tranquil yet vibrant atmosphere. The mirror matrix installation enhances visual impact and enables the dynamic interplay of light and shadow. Every detail embodies respect for nature and the pursuit of art, awakening people's reverence for nature.

The basement level is function-oriented, offering diversified living spaces such as the dining room, lobby, reading lounge, health club, and children's play area.
