This project is an ecological aesthetics space that integrates home-coming lobby、sale and lifstyle experience space, designed for Xingtai BEGONIA MANSION residential community developed by Hebei RONG Real Estate Group. The center of the lobby on the first floor is themed around the IP of the banyan tree with a giant crown, combined with the shape of crabapple petals, and narrated around the life law of "Sprouting-Growth-Blooming-Fruit", creating a warm and caring space with vitality and texture. The banyan tree starts from B1 floor and grows through the specially designed shared space to the top of the lobby on the first floor. Its giant canopy blooms like petals, enveloping the entire shared space. The designers have also designed the structural columns on both sides of the shared space into the tree shape, forming a forest with the central banyan tree. A circular LED electronic screen is set at the top of the forest to provide a natural audio-visual of the morning and evening in all seasons. This creates a warm and natural atmosphere for the entire lobby space, bringing a relaxed feeling and respectful treatment to those returning home. At the center of the trunk of the banyan tree, a silk thread water curtain is set up, flowing gently. Walking slowly downwards the rotating ramp around the tree, visitors can leisurely look up at the crown of the tree, observe the crystal clear water flow up close, and stop, ponder, and listen here. Step into B1 floor , model display area, water bar area, negotiation area, and activity and leisure area are set up around the landscape courtyard. The negotiation area is themed around "blooming" and uses mountain green as the main color tone to create a vibrant spatial atmosphere. The banquette seats adopts petal shaped design, which has a sense of enclosure and gives people care. The furnishings use soft curved sofa and comfortable lazy petal chair, both from the visual and tactile, bring people aesthetic feeling.
