Administrative Office Area (Phase III) Enhancement Project

The project covers an area of 130,400 square meters and 30,900 square me-ters of greening, which is a perfect integration of art and life. The project is positioned as the core of the town's art, aiming to create a global art exchange focus. The design takes art as the main line. The Art Avenue in the North District is connected to the artist studio, and Xiaobao South Street in the South District shows the art walking experience, forming a unique art life demonstration area.

The project records the history of Xiaobao Painter Village and makes his-tory and art dialogue through art installations. The pedestrian block inte-grates artist studios, galleries, etc. to create a strong artistic atmos-phere. The project has achieved remarkable results, the transformation and improvement of the Art Avenue, the participation of artists in the design, the creation of a green ecological foundation, the provision of high-quality art experience for the sub-center, and the unique charm of Songzhuang Art Town.
