RECORD, the Remote Control Optical Reading Device, is a conceptual product designed to help elderly individuals read small print with ease. With a high-resolution camera, it scans and projects printed materials onto TVs and reads them aloud, enhancing visibility and comprehension. Additionally, it includes a library function that allows users to store and review past scans.

Created with direct insights from research conducted at an elderly care center, RECORD addresses the challenges seniors face when reading small text. By combining scanning, projection, and audio playback, this conceptual device aims to make reading easy and accessible, allowing seniors to enjoy printed text comfortably.
