This residential space planning project encompasses an intimate area of just 50 square meters, presenting a unique challenge: how to transform this limited space into the homeowner's ideal sanctuary. The design philosophy centers around the theme of “simplicity,” reflecting the homeowner's aspiration for a minimalist lifestyle. The interior palette features soothing light hues paired with warm wood tones, fostering an atmosphere of serenity and elegance. An open layout enhances the sense of space, while carefully selected warm lighting creates a welcoming ambiance. Thoughtfully configured functional elements take precedence over ornate decorations, allowing the homeowner to embrace the essence of daily life. This intentional approach not only maximizes the available space but also elevates the overall living experience, enabling the homeowner to enjoy comfort and quality in their thoughtfully designed home.

Upon stepping into the house, one will be greeted by an elegantly curved floor line that artfully delineates the dust-prone area from the shared living space. This flowing line not only serves a functional purpose but also resonates with the rounded edges of the TV wall, creating a harmonious visual connection throughout the area. The shared living space boasts an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the living and dining rooms, inviting natural light to cascade freely across the room. This design choice enhances the ambiance, filling the entire space with warmth and brightness.

To establish a rich foundation complemented by layered textures, the living room's TV wall is crafted from environmentally friendly PP board, showcasing a delicate silver fox stone texture. This striking feature beautifully harmonizes with the rich wood elements found throughout the area, enriching the overall aesthetic. A noteworthy design element is the kitchen's glass separation, which ensures that visual openness and brightness permeate the entire space, allowing for effortless interaction between areas while maintaining distinct functionalities.

In response to the growing trend of remote work in the post-pandemic world, the dining table serves a dual role, functioning not only for meals but also as a practical office desk. This thoughtful design maximizes the utility of the furniture, catering to modern living needs.
