Gentle sunlight streams through the window crevices, casting layers of flickering shadows and creating a dynamic art form that evolves with time. Upon entering the second-floor shared area, the gray and white tones unfold a serene and peaceful ambiance, gradually shedding the clamor of the outside world. This space invites relaxation, encourages conversation with family, and strengthens emotional bonds, crafting warm and everlasting memories.

In keeping with the homeowner’s preference for an expansive visual experience, the designer removed the low wall in the center of the living room and relocated the TV wall to the main wall, strategically introducing ample natural light to flood the space. Glazed sliding doors with ironworks connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen, using consistent materials to create a sense of spatial continuity and reveal a bright, spacious common area. The overall layout artfully performs unobstructed views, and the open-plan design enhances ease of interaction, adding a touch of happiness to everyday life.

Considering the residents' preference for dark and subdued styles, the common areas are primarily gray, with various cabinetry incorporating the original kitchen's brown hues to achieve a cohesive visual harmony. The living room's TV wall features brown-gray marble, complemented by wooden panels above, creating a modern, textured appearance by combining different materials. This design establishes a grand and elegant impression in the communal spaces.

Considering the homeowners' frequent use of kitchen appliances, a tall cabinet is installed at the back of the dining area for storage, with pullout shelves enhancing ease of access. In contrast, the low cabinet serves as an additional platform for daily use. In the master bedroom's dressing room, the designer meticulously installed custom-made high-load-bearing clothing rods to meet the need for ample hanging space, using welding instead of screws for added durability. This design ensures the furniture remains sturdy for years, providing a comfortable and leisurely daily experience.
