In The Clouds

The key aspect in approaching this work place is to bring out the unique perspective of the cutting-edge technology and information company. As a professional of the cloud service, the owner of the company intends to highlight the attitude of their core value toward business through the tailored interior design as their identity towards their prospective clients. In other words, the goal of this project is not only about showing the best package of their technology and profession, but about the thorough service and total solution that leads to the success of how they serve and work with people closely.

Therefore, with a project that is only 165 square meters, located in the Neihu Science Park of Taipei, the most interesting thing in designing this project is to translate the main characters and value of the network/server company into a poetic and readable language to form the design elements and shapes that connect and touch people.

The concept of “In the Clouds” and its relevant ideas associated with nature is applied everywhere, for example, the sun rays, the silver lining of clouds, the curve shapes, floating oval panel in the ceiling, fog screen, smooth-arc circulation, and digital figures. The result of such approach not only showcases a warm, young and dynamic atmosphere for the team-work environment which strongly stands out from the stereotype of network/engineer company, but also interprets the quintessential concept of the company culture and the upmost purpose of the enterprise.
