This residential project is a residential architecture and development project that redefines modern living by combining architectural sophistication with the serenity of nature. Situated in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, this project features 11 standalone four-story townhouses. Each home is thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, functionality, and a sense of community, all while being seamlessly integrated into its urban-rural environment.

The facade design harmonizes natural materials and contemporary forms, featuring a palette of neutral tones, wood accents, and vertical black louvers. These elements not only create visual rhythm but also serve practical purposes, such as enhancing privacy, shading, and ventilation. The structured geometric layering of the facade reflects a modern aesthetic while complementing the tranquil natural surroundings.
