Premio Unic is a 340-unit condominium development in Bangkok that provides a multifaceted residential experience — with distinctive garden experiences seamlessly immersed into the site’s environmental context — setting a new standard locally for multifamily residences. The landscape design provides a rejuvenating, multifaceted resident experience, while simultaneously creating new habitat for local wildlife and supporting an expansive green armature that accommodates a harmonious flow of urban wildlife. The project’s strong ecological focus, combined with an inspired landscape design motif expressed through elegant forms and distinctive hardscape materiality, provides a vibrant model to which other new area developments will aspire.



The landscape program prioritizes flexibility and multifaceted connectivity, with an extensive garden serving as a green foundation for separate lobbies and an elevated podium-level pool that emerges from the tree canopy. A series of unique green spaces are layered into this parti and then, at a more focused site level, a strong design language — inspired by a fingerprint pattern — adds another layer that is expressed through dynamic forms and materiality, creating a unified outdoor setting. The fingerprint pattern defines the exterior spaces and adapts to accommodate the building and programmatic footprints; Selective lush plant species create privacy and distinctive outdoor rooms while supporting a “green puzzle” concept that provides habitat for urban wildlife. The podium-level pool articulates a seamless flow and exists within the tree canopy, providing serene views and a signature experience for residents, while shade structures and canopies at the ground level afford a more shaded, private experience within the landscape.
