In this design, we focus on "sustainable living," blending steel and green elements to create a modern, eco-friendly cultural space. The design conveys the coexistence of industrial strength and environmental protection. Steel symbolizes industrial progress, while greenery represents nature, together embodying harmony between modern civilization and the environment.



The hotel, transformed from an old factory, features steel structures that highlight industrial aesthetics. Modern techniques give steel a warm finish, reducing its coldness. Steel elements are repurposed into art installations and furniture, showcasing industrial charm.



Green ecology plays a key role. We integrate nature through plants, scenic pathways, and a water purification system. Smart lighting and environmental controls adjust based on natural light and temperature, reducing energy use.

A large water purification system in the south recycles wastewater and rainwater for landscape and plant areas, linking humans and nature, and promoting harmony.
