The main purpose of this project is to refine the design scheme and control the implementation and details of the scheme. It aims to achieve the perfect combination of intelligent, sound, light, electricity, sprinkler, smoke detection, air conditioning and other systems, and maximize the utilization of space. It also aims to integrate spatial aesthetics and product display in a perfect way. The structure of the unfinished house on site has relatively low beams and limited floor height. It is difficult to ensure the perfect coordination between the floor height, beams, air conditioning, and furniture functions of the space. Pan Milan International Home Furnishing Agency specializes in world-renowned first-line furniture brands such as Italian Poliform, German Belle, and Debe whole house customization. Our clients are also high-quality customers in the industry, so it is particularly important to present the headquarters office style with an international quality. Not following the trend and being decent has become the requirement of this design. After multiple communications with the owner, we have decided to adopt the Bauhaus minimalist design style to run through the entire style mainline. In terms of material selection and craftsmanship, we choose products with high cost-effectiveness, strive for excellence in craftsmanship and main materials, and present a requirement for quality, which is also our requirement and attitude towards the project. For every detail, as the design and construction parties, we have had detailed communication with the client throughout the entire process, constantly discussing, sampling, modifying, and confirming the 5MM details. If there is no perfect answer to the problem, we would rather think it over and face it with a wait-and-see attitude from the construction site. The owner has also given a great deal of trust in the process, which has enabled us to successfully complete the construction of this project in just six months.
