We embarked on redesigning the InHouse Inspired Room Design website with two key user experiences in mind – one was to digitally reflect the high-end experience of visiting the impressive new showroom in Newcastle, and the other was to elevate the overall visual presence of the InHouse Inspired Room Design brand to that aspirational level of luxury regardless of price point.



Their product offering caters from small renovations for first home buyers, up to fully bespoke luxury home redesigns. The intention for the website was to create a luxurious online experience for users of all budgets to feel at home, welcome and able to utilise.



The deep black, sleek elegance of the visuals is softened by the addition of the warm gold tone to reflect materials and colours often associated with luxury spaces – brushed gold hardware and fixtures, dark marble, soft wood accents.



The InHouse customer gravitates towards the finer things in life, regardless of socioeconomic status and InHouse Inspired Room Design prides themselves on creating incredibly high-quality living spaces for any level of customer.



Although the website is not currently shoppable, we aimed to have that level of detail with colour palettes, material descriptions and photo galleries to ensure that we captured the needs of potential customers at all stages – from the planning and ideation stages, through to selecting their final kitchen cupboards and appliances. Making this online experience as close to tactile as visiting the showroom was a priority for us.
