The "wind spirits" of Hsinchu are contemplating composing a song to capture the essence of their hometown, hoping it will serve as a lullaby, offering a blessing to the little stars (young children) who struggle with sleeplessness. The wind spirits journey through the City God (Cheng-Huang) Temple, Eighteen Peaks Mountain, Hsinchu City Park, the East Gate, the train station, and even visit the city zoo in search of inspiration! What kind of song will they create?

Hsinchu is a city with over 300 years of history, renowned for its delicious food, beautiful scenic views, and its semiconductor technology industry. Every year, the northeast monsoon, also known as the "Nine Descent Winds," blows particularly strongly in the Hsinchu area, which is why the city is affectionately called the "Wind City."

The Children's Play and Arts Festival is a significant annual event for children in Hsinchu, attracting over 365,000 visitors this year. This year, a special immersive animated film themed around Hsinchu designed to help children learn more about the city. The film interacted with viewers through a combination of video and live performances, enhancing the sensory experience. The film was produced by the award-winning director Fish D. Y. Wang.

Hsinchu City is globally renowned for its semiconductor industry, but it is also a city filled with children. Being an ancient city with a rich history, it is home to many charming spirits. Due to prolonged exposure to electronic products, the children in Hsinchu often experience reversed day and night cycles. Concerned for these "little stars," the spirits decide to create a lullaby to help them sleep peacefully. To compose this lullaby, the spirits travel across various places carried by the wind. In the end, they successfully create a touching song that allows the children to learn about their hometown in their dreams and sleep soundly.
