This residential planning project is strategically located in a vibrant urban setting, where the hustle and bustle of city life meets the serenity of thoughtfully designed living spaces. At the heart of this undertaking lies a commitment to enhancing the comfort and quality of life for its residents. To achieve this, the design seamlessly combines aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, while also incorporating the principles of Chinese geomancy. Furthermore, the project takes into account the residents' strong desire for both privacy and social interaction, ensuring a harmonious balance within the community. Specifically, understanding the importance of feng shui to the occupants, the design team has skillfully integrated traditional feng shui elements with modern amenities throughout the planning process. As a result, the spatial design is characterized by soft, inviting colors, exquisite craftsmanship, and clean, simple lines. Ultimately, this thoughtful approach creates a warm, welcoming, and convenient living environment that caters to the diverse needs of its residents, fostering a sense of belonging and tranquility in the midst of city life.

Upon entering the house, one will be immediately greeted by the striking entryway, where a beautifully crafted revolving wooden grille makes a captivating first impression. Complementing this feature, the end wall is elegantly clad in large Phantom Grey tiles, which not only enhance the space's permeability but also introduce a sophisticated layer of texture and depth. Stepping further inside, one will notice the refined flooring, composed of substantial 120x120 cm tiles, which exude a sense of luxury and elevate the overall ambiance of the residence. Adding to the charm is the shoe cabinet, which boasts a mirror-finished side, skillfully expanding the visual dimension of the area. Moreover, the walls are thoughtfully styled with a linear design, which contributes to the aesthetic appeal while artfully concealing the doors. This seamless integration of beauty and functionality throughout the home creates an inviting and cohesive atmosphere. To prioritize safety and enhance aesthetic appeal, the team has thoughtfully designed the corners of the walls in public areas with rounded edges. This deliberate choice not only facilitates a smoother flow throughout the space.
