RAEMIAN ONE PENTAS timeless landmark

Raemian One Pentas which is located in Banpo is the special project that suggests new design standards for high-end housing where the entire apartment complex is completed in one integrated design. We designed the artistic façade and public space with the motif of layers of light reflected in the Han River where the project is located, such as works of art that do not change even after a long time.



The unique exterior design using golden bronze-colored molding that flows throughout the main building catches people's attention, and the Sky Bridge, located on the 30th floor above the ground, and the 140m large gate surrounding the outskirts of the complex are the pride of the complex.



This special streamlined design, which connects not only the façade but also the gate, the entrance to the complex, and the underground space, encompasses the whole space of complex as one and completes it as a unique work of art.



Various materials and design methodologies are applied to the façade. For the front part of the building, we planned a horizontal molding that implements a rhythmic elevation by changing the length of it. And vertical concrete frame installed on the rear part to emphasizes verticality . Also curtain wall-look and wavy molding are applied to the point walls facing the outside.



The main color, golden bronze which should be applied to the entire surface, is very delicate color to be applied to the façade. Thus, we developed and applied metallic paint R-BRONZE(Raemian Bronze) and a number of tests were conducted to minimize the difference in color tone that may occur due to the material difference between metal horizontal molding and vertical frame molding, and the Golden Bronze design was unified.
