As a design company, this time we have the dual roles of both client and designer. We established a design team that first gathered the individual needs of each member of the company. After sorting and screening these needs, we embarked on a three-month design project. Following several rounds of discussions, the design team decided to define the office space with three characteristics: artistry, leisure, and sharing, which we call the "three qualities": Artistry, to inspire reflection in the company's personnel on a spiritual and intellectual level; Leisure, to provide physical relaxation for everyone; Sharing, to enhance work efficiency. Based on these "three qualities," we designed different experiential areas in various zones of the space. For example, a themed entrance that reads "Enter through a small door, wander through a gallery, and see the light"; a "slide" staircase occupying about 15 square meters; a "Blue Storm" meeting room that focuses on rationality; a clubhouse that integrates a bar, coffee lounge, tea house, dining area, and Gathering; a reception center that we call the "Project Archive Center," which is also referred to as a "depersonalized reception center"; a cool comprehensive EPC model center library, integrating lighting, soft furnishings, engineering, construction methods, and materials into a multifunctional space... In terms of display item design and usage, we created sculptures and figurines representing our positive and childlike spirit; a sculpture symbolizing the strong exterior and simple interior of the engineering department; an installation that sparks creative thinking through emotional expression; and various installations promoting the scientific use of time, design philosophy, and values for interpersonal conduct.
